Motherhood changed my life. In 2006, when I gave birth to Adrian, I honestly had no idea what I had gotten myself into.  I thought I was ready. I thought it would all come naturally to me. You start with Size 1 and insert the bladder support as you would a tampon. If Size 1 does not fit correctly, then you move up to Size 2 or Size 3. The sizing is not about how much you leak or how much you weigh. It's all about the best internal fit for you!

Poise Impressa looks and functions like a tampon BUT it does not absorb leaks, it helps prevent them. They can be worn for up to 8 hours in a 24 hour period. It's a soft, flexible internal device with a non-absorbent outer cover, designed for the temporary management of SUI. I've started using them and believe me it's helped out so much. 

This cutie pie made me a mom. Sure, it might have come with stretch marks, weight gain, a little SUI and maybe some gray hairs but I wouldn't change a thing! I'm ready to laugh at all his jokes and cheer him on in the sidelines with confidence!
