Style Saturday: Style AND Comfort With Earth Footwear!

Discloure: I received the Bellweather flats through Mamavation and Earth Brands for review. All opinions are mine alone.

I have always had a love/hat relationship with flats. I lvoe how they look in magazines and at the stores but I have always hated how they feel once I have bought them. There has been many a time where they will stay unworn until I donate them. The shoe just wouldn't be as comfortable as it was when I tried it on at the store. I just couldn't find a decent pair of flats. I was becoming super frustrated, so when I was offered the opportunity to try the Bellweather flat from Earth Footwear, I decided this would be the last draw. If I hated them, I would never wear flats again!

As soon as I opened the delivery box and saw a polka-dot shoebox inside, I let out a shriek. Who has such super cute boxes? Then I looked inside and saw cute flats in the most amazing, buttery, camel color ever! I immediately tried them on and fell in love.  They were so comfortable and they actually fit right. Not too tight in the front, not to loose in the back. No hard sole and they felt like an extension of my foot. I, honestly, was in love!

Why was this shoe so comfortable? Well the Bellweather flat has a foot bedcushion from heel to toe with reinforced arch support and a padded heal area to displace shock. For a person like me, who has twisted her ankle so many times she can no longer wear anything higher than a 3 inch heel, these flats are perfection. To prove their comfort, I took them on the ultimate test: a trip to IKEA. I walked all of the store and felt no pain. Let's just say, these babies in black and the booties are on my Christmas wish list!!

Earth Footwear, a modern collection of smartly styled casual footwear, is made for real women and their real lives. They combine contemporary styling with uncompromised comfort to create a collection that brings a refreshing new twist to footwear–letting women look and feel their best when they’re on the move.

The Fall/Winter 2014 Earth Collection starts at $85 to $200, with the majority of the collection under $100! Each shoe features a cushioned footbed for all day comfort with a padded heal area to displace shock, a reinforced arch support to stabilize the foot, and multi-density latex cushioning layer for extra support. It combines contemporary comfort, style and everyday value.

Style Saturday: Target

If you've been a reader of this blog for a while, you know all about my Target obsession. It's just so perfect, they have everything I need/want in one store! Doesn't get any better than that. While, I was on my weekly stroll, I noticed a bunch of cute new items that I need to share and you know its affordable. I really want to go back and buy everything shown here.

Starting with work. Not only does this scream fall, it's also perfect for work! I'm really into monogram necklaces and need to add this one to my collection! A shirt dress is dressy enough for work but also super comfortable. This one is under $20, can't beat that!

Work Look all from Target

Another work look. As you can tell, I have a bootie obsession (hee! hee!) for fall!! I love chambray shirts and wear them all the time. As most of you know, I work at an engineering firm so this is really fancy office attire!

Fabulous Work Look-All Target

I love this next outfit so much. I think pairing a super feminie lacy blouse with deconstructed jeans is such a perfect casual outfit. Add in a man's watch and super girly earrings and it's a great mix.

Casual Saturday

Now I couldn't leave the kids out of the fun. This outfit is so Amberly. Lots of pink, a glittery headband, denim vest, leggings and boots. There's even some Hello Kitty.

Style Saturday: Maxi Dress Style

I love wearing maxi dresses. They are an easy one, piece outfit. You will notice that I wear them often because to me they are comfortable and versatile! I usually purchase maxis within the $20-$50 range and get lots of use out of them. Here's two looks that I really love when it comes to maxis:

Casual day look; this is perfect for going out shopping, out for brunch or lunch or just visiting with friends!

Maxi Style: 1

Knit dress / Mossimo shoes / With Love From CA brown purse / Toms bracelet

This is a great date night or evening out look! I bought this dress at Gap a couple of months ago and wore it with wedges to Gian's graduation! It's so versatile and the fabric is amazing, light and airy!
